Two cardiac myosin inhibitors in the treatment of obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

A key area of therapeutic progress in obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy revolves around the emergence of cardiac myosin inhibitors, of which mavacamten and aficamten represent the first and second molecules.
