摘要
In this paper we design the first interlacing filter derived from scientific measurements of the human sensitivity to interlacing artefacts across the vertical-temporal video spectrum. We then test it against a range of existing linear, time-invariant interlacing filters using standard subjective test methodology. We show that although there is some overlapping of the confidence intervals, on average the optimised filter is preferred to the other filters tested.
