摘要
Threaded connection is an important mechanical fastening method, which is widely used in the fields of aerospace, automated processing equipment, instrumentation, etc. The precision of thread affects the joint strength directly, which makes thread processing particularly important. The machining method of internal threads can be divided into tapping, extrusion, milling, turning, grinding and other methods [1]-[4] . Among them, thread grinding is a high-precision machining method, and it is an effective choice for internal threads with strict tolerance requirements. The grinding of internal threads is generally carried out on a special grinding machine. In addition, during the grinding process, the grinding wheel can be accurately shaped, and it can be quickly reshaped as needed after the wheel is formed [5]-[6] .
