Effects of the operation of foreskin treated with circumcision anastomat

Objective To evaluate the curative effects of the operation of foreskin treated with circumcision anastomat.Methods 220 cases of foreskin patients were randomised to Group A(112 cases) treated with foreskin circumcision anastomat and Group B(108 cases) treated with traditional circumcision.Efficacy and advantages were compared.Results The operating time and intraoperative blood loss were significantly shorter and lower in the Group A compared to Group B.Post-operative complications including infection and appearance between two groups were significantly difference.Conclusion The study shows that the circumcision anastomat is a safe,simple and efficient method with fewer complications.The method is more superior than traditional operation.
