Objective:To study the protective effects of JinXiangDan on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods:The model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury was created with the ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery lasting 30 minutes and postischemic reperfusion persisted 60 minutes also.SD rats were divided into five groups at random:groupⅠ(pseudo operation);groupⅡ [ischema-reperfusion operation);groupⅢ [ischemia-reperfusion with DiAo XinXueKang 54mg/(kg·d)];groupⅣ(ischemia-reperfusion with JinXiangDan 1620mg/(kg·d);groupⅤ(ischemia-reperfusion with JinXiangDan 540mg/(kg·d).All rats were collected blood samples for detecting(Creatine kinase) CK and(Lactic dehydrogenase) LDH.Oberved the myocardial structures of rats.Results:JinXiangDan can decrease the level of CK and LDH.Oberved through a light-microscope,the myocardial structures of rats of groupⅠwas normal,while those of groupⅡwere the worst damaged among five groups.The damage of group Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ was less than group Ⅱ.Conclusion:JinXiangDan possesses protective effects on experimental myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
