Light Induced Thiol-yne Click Chemistry and Applications in Materials Synthesis and Modification

The light Induced thiol-yne Click/coupling reaction and recent applications in polymers synthesis and modification were introduced. A brief introduction to the background and mechanism for radical-mediated thiol-yne reaction was given followed by a review of its use as an important tool in network synthesis,surface modification, and hyperbranched polymers synthesis.
