Intercultural communication and intercultural consciousness in English learning

In English learning,intercultural phenomena exist universally.By analyzing the relationship between English learning and the ability of intercultural communication as well as its specific content and teaching methods,this paper points out that students should be conscious of intercultural communication in English learning and teachers should realize its importance and know how to apply it in English teaching.
