CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 265 CASES LIVER INJURY INDUCED BY ANTI-TB DRUGS

Objective The explore the incidence of anti-TB drug induced liver injuries and its characteristics.Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of inpatients with impaired liver function induced by anti-TB treatment from January 2011 to December 2011.Results Anti-TB drug treatment induced liver injury associated with age,TB type,and administration time and associated other diseases and other factors.Conclusion Variety of factors can induce drug liver injuries,it must be pay attention to and regular liver function test as well as rational intervention measures must be carry out so that insure the patients have safe and effective treatment curing their disease.
