Numerical analysis of kerosene supersonic combustion

Numerical analysis of the kerosene spray supersonic combustion was carried out in the dual-mode supersonic combustor with the CFD software.In the case of Mach number 5 and fuel-air equivalence ratio 0.551, the numerical results were obtained with the chemistry model of probability density function,k-ω turbulence model and discrete droplet model.The wall static pressure agrees well between experiments and numerical results.
