The Effect of Knowledge Sharing on Organizational Innovation: Evidence from Enterprises in Pearl River Delta

The paper makes a research on the relation among knowledge sharing and organizational innovation, by using 122 IT enterprises in Pearl River Delta of Guangdong as research objects. It turns out that knowledge sharing within organizations, including formal knowledge sharing and informal knowledge sharing, can promote technical innovation significantly. However, informal knowledge sharing within organization and knowledge sharing between organizations have positive effects on management innovation.
