摘要
Under the action of E b , UV absorption layer and E h , the responsivity (7.4, 1.3 mA W −1 ) and detectivity (7.5 × 10 11 , 3 × 10 10 jones) were achieved in BFO/ZT multilayers at zero bias with 365 and 500 nm lights, the properties on Ni substrates were verified.
