摘要
In article number 2001418, Jin-Le Lan, Yunhua Yu, Ho Seok Park and co-workers describe the deterministic and distinct interfacial chemistries of solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) layers in both ether- and ester-based electrolytes, taking a Bi/C anode as model system. The highly ionic conducting and robust multi-layered SEI derived from a DME-based electrolyte enables uniform Na-ion flux, delocalizes stress, and greatly improves the sodium storage properties in a sodium-ion full-cell.
