Effect of stress perioperatively during gynecological laparoscopic operation on elderly patients undergoing sufentanil by target controlled infusion

Objective To investigate the effect of target-controlled infusion of sufentanil during gynecological laparoscopic operation on elderly patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods From July 2014 to July 2016, 92 elderly patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were selected, and were divided into the two groups according to anesthesia methods, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received fentanyl target controlled infusion, the observation group was given target-controlled infusion of sufentanil, the levels of HR, MAP, Glu in the two groups were observed. Results The levels of HR was (75.1 ± 7.4) times/min, MAP was (80.2 ± 7.5) mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), and Glu was (5.5 ± 0.5) mmol/L in the observation group, which were lower than those in the control group, the differences were significant(P 0.05), but the HR and MAP of the control group had fallen obviously(P<0.05). The levels of GLu in the observation group was(5.8±0.6)mmol/L, which was lower than that in control group[(6.5±0.7)mmol/L], the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Application of sufentanil target-controlled infusion in elderly patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery can effectively reduce the stress response, operation is smooth.
