There are some interfering backgrounds in the AMS measurements of medium-heavy nuclides. Sometimes the interference will create difficulties in online deciding the detected nuclides with experimental spectra. In order to solve the problem, we set up a method to simulate experimental spectra for medium-heavy nuclides in AMS measurements. This method has been applied in the AMS experiments, and the practical measurements were consistent with the theoretic analysis quite well. It shows that the method can be applied in the nuclide analysis.
