摘要
Reciprocating compressor is widely used in petrochemical industry, lubrication system is an important part of reciprocating compressor lubrication mainly includes crankcase and piston lubrication This topic is based on a certain oil and gas for gas compression of the reciprocating compressor, the crankcase of lubrication and the piston lubrication are independent of each other, and lubrication of piston USES oil lubrication, the oiler tank is small, and lubrication of lubricating oil is not recycled, need to add lubricating oil every day, cause compressor maintenance workload is bigger, aiming at this disadvantage, this paper has carried on the lub oil exploration process optimization, and It is a good operation practice and provides a new idea for the design and renovation of similar reciprocating compressor lubrication system.
