摘要
With the rapid development of the automotive industry, the degree of automation in the production process is getting higher and higher, and logistics warehousing is an indispensable element of the production process. This paper mainly studies the three-dimensional warehouse optimization problem in the three-dimensional storage area of multi-variety and small-batch auto parts. This paper mainly studies the optimization of multi variety and small batch auto parts stereoscopic warehouse. Firstly, this paper expounds the research status of the location optimization of the three-dimensional warehouse of automobile parts, then introduces the characteristics of the location optimization and expounds the basic principles of the location optimization, and studies the application of the algorithm to optimize the location. At the same time, it designs the location optimization model of the three-dimensional warehouse of automobile parts, and then tests its performance optimization degree in all aspects. The test results show that all aspects of the storage space of the multi variety and small batch automobile parts stereoscopic warehouse optimized by the algorithm, such as periodic circulation, sales volume, unit volume and sorting density, have been significantly improved compared with the previous ones.
