[Expression characteristics and clinical significance of B7-H3 in colorectal cancer].

T cell infiltration was identified at the transcriptional level but not at the protein level. Conclusion B7-H3 is highly expressed in CRC tissues and is significantly correlated with disease progression and poor prognosis. Furthermore, the association of B7-H3 expression with glycolysis-related genes and immune cell infiltration suggests a pivotal role of B7-H3 in the regulation of tumor glycolysis and cancer immunity.
