Research on the value of innovation in digital scenarios based on process analysis

In the context of the digital economy, there is a growing trend towards continuous optimization of business processes from the perspective of end-to-end user experiences within specific business scenarios. However, there is currently a lack of systematic methods for conducting scenario governance. Building upon the concept of scenario innovation, this paper establishes a systematic method for measuring the utility of scenario innovation from "scenario presentation" to "innovation mapping" to "efficiency comparison." This method provides a systematic approach for optimizing, iterating, and governing scenario innovation, offering valuable references for the improvement of scenario innovation.
