Chemical Visualization with Optically Super-resolved InfraRed Imaging micro-Spectroscopy (OSIRIS)

We've developed a microscopy technique for chemical imaging and tomography with high spatial resolution (~100 nm). Data analysis reveals the chemical makeup of the sample as well as the infrared spectrum of each chemical component.
