Analysis of 2-Amino-4-methylbenzothiazole by HPLC

A quantitative analysis method of 2-amino-4-methylbenzothiazole was determined by HPLC.The linear regression equation of the method was given,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the linear range was from 0.25μg to 2.5 μg,variation coefficient was 0.0071%,the determination limit was 0.25ng and the recovery rate was 99.92%. The method was rapid and accurate.
