Study on pilot experiment of selective copper flotation by cyclone static microbubble flotation column

The cyclone static micro-bubble flotation column is a kind of new facility for mineral separation. In order to improve the productivity of a high silver-content metallic ore and reduce the pressure of posterior operation,the pilot experiment of selective copper flotation is carried out by using the cyclone static micro-bubble flotation column.Through the process of single-stage roughing and two-stage cleaning,the grade of copper,gold,sliver reach 18%,60 g/t,6 000 g/t,and the recovery rate reaches above 50%.It provides foundations for the production and the technical improvement in enterprises.
