Advance in Insulin Resistance and Endothelial Dysfunction

It has become clear that insulin resistance is often accompanied with endothelial dysfunction in cardiovascular diseases. In this article, the physiological relationship between endothelium and insulin was shortly described, and the mechanism and the interaction that link endothelial dysfunction with insulin resistance were chiefly discussed.
