TA Combined Degradation and Single Cell Protein Produced by TA Degrading Yeast

The degradation rate of TA treated with yeast followed by bacteria can be more than 95%,and the yeast biomass can be collected as single cell protein(SCP).This SCP has high nutrition value and acute toxicity and the mutagenicity of this SCP are not observed in this study.The powder of TA degrading yeast is considered to be one of the valuable resources of single cell protein.
