Appliance and Discussion of Traceability System in Food Chain

Food traceability system is an information record system which improves the food safety information transfer, controls food born disease and protects the customer interest. And now, it is becoming an important method of managing the food safety and quality in many countries. In the article, the meaning, content, standards and appliance status of food traceability were introduced, and the issue of establishing traceability system in Chinese food industry chain was discussed. In the end, some suggestions of setting up food traceability system in China were brought forward.
