Calculation and analysis of adjustable PV panels tilt angle based on measured data

On the basis of solar data in 3 whole years observed by BSRN3000 Radiation Monitoring System,effects of the tilt angle of adjustable PV panels on solar irradiance of tilted surface were analyzed by C#.Annual optimal tilt angle、half a year optimal tilt angle、seasonal optimal tilt angle and monthly optimal tilt angle were calculated and it was determined that the best mode is the tilt angle will be adjust every half a year.Half a year angle adjustment can enhance solar radiation by 5% compared with annual optimal tilt angle.According to the local condition of Hohhot,the experimental measured values fit well with calculated values,the accuracy of the calculation is verified.
