Countermeasures for Bauxite Exploitation in Yangquan District

The resources distribution features and utilization status of bauxite in Yangquan District,Shanxi Province,China are summarized in this paper.The problems existing in bauxite exploitation are analyzed because of the increasing demand for bauxite of alumina production.At last,the countermeasures for utilization of bauxite resources are set forth such as strengthening exploration,jointly operating mines with localities,increasing properties of self-owned bauxite mining,adjusting industry structure and so on.
