Objective:To study the effects of sodium butyrate on the expression of H3K9Ac,H3K14Ac and H4K20TriMe in SKOV-3 cells.Methods:SKOV-3 cells were treated by different concentrations of sodium butyrate,and the cell growth,and protein expression were observed.Results:①The cell growth was obviously inhibited in sodium butyrate concentration of 4~16mmol/L.②Sodium butyrate had an effect on cell morphous.③The expression of H3K9Ac was enhanced after 48 hours treated by sodium butyrate,while little change in that of H3K14Ac and H4K20TriMe.Conclusion:①The histone deacetylase inhibitor had an anti-tumor effect.②The mechanism might be specific site of histone acetylation being reversed by histone deacetylase inhibitor.
