摘要
This paper fabricated a crosstalk device and analyzed the relationship between the anode potentials of crosstalk and driving pixels to explore their luminance correlation. The results showed that lateral resistance caused the luminance of crosstalk pixels to rise slowly, reducing their luminance ratio to driving pixels as the driving pixel luminance increased. This explains why crosstalk is more severe at low gray levels than at high gray levels. The study also examined sheet resistance and crosstalk under varying p‐ dopant concentrations in HIL/HTL films, confirming these films as current pathways responsible for the crosstalk phenomenon
