摘要
Abstract This paper introduces an fault‐tolerant intermittent load frequency control (LFC) strategy for multi‐area power systems (PS) under disturbances, actuator failures, and deception attacks. Initially, in order to reduce the required cost and the impact caused by the actuator failures in the multi‐area PS under disturbances and deception attacks, a new fault‐tolerant intermittent control scheme is proposed. Subsequently, by developing switching‐time‐dependent Lyapunov function, the exponential stability and ‐gain performance are guaranteed. Finally, the fault‐tolerant intermittent LFC is proved effective by taking a three‐area PS under disturbances, actuator failures, and deception attacks as an example.
