摘要
Reasonable Transmission network planning scheme is important for the economic and stable operation of power system. In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation index system has been constructed with considering four aspects. Aiming at the current problem of weight calculation in the comprehensive decision-making, and considering the limitations of the traditional fuzzy evaluation methods, a comprehensive evaluation method of the transmission network planning scheme based on the intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (IFAHP) is proposed. This method takes the hesitation of decision makers into account and improves the objectivity and rationality of the evaluation results. Finally, taking the IEEE Garver-6 node system as an example, the validity and feasibility of the comprehensive index system and intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process were verified.
