A tricycloquinazoline based 2D conjugated metal–organic framework for robust sodium-ion batteries with co-storage of both cations and anions

A new bipolar 2D c -MOF: Ni 3 (HATQ) 2 contains both p-type 2,3,7,8,12,13-hexaaminotricycloquinazoline (HATQ) ligands and n-type NiN 4 coordination units was demonstrated to exhibit high performance as the cathode material in sodium-ion battery.
