An in situ-activated and chemi-excited photooxygenation system based on G-poly(thioacetal) for Aβ1–42 aggregates

BD-6-QM/NPs are chemically activated by H 2 O 2 to produce 1 O 2 , inhibit Aβ 1–42 aggregation, promote BV2 phagocytosis of Aβ 1–42 , and alleviate Aβ 1–42 -induced neurotoxicity.
