摘要
In this paper, the technology of aircraft wing deformation monitoring based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor is studied. By comparing the limitations of traditional nondestructive monitoring technology, the advantages of FBG sensor in structural health monitoring are obtained. The theoretical basis and working principle of FBG sensor are introduced in detail. A FBG sensor system for wing structure monitoring is designed and constructed. After arranging a FBG sensor network and temperature sensors in series on the wing model, deformation monitoring under various load conditions was carried out. Experimental results show that FBG sensor can accurately measure wing deformation. It is proved that FBG sensor has good accuracy and high response speed, and has a great application prospect in the field of aircraft wing deformation monitoring, which can provide important technical support for aircraft structural health monitoring.
