Reforming Governance Structure of State-Owned Enterprise in China

The State-owned Enterprise in China must build the new governance structure which is suit for modern corporate system. This article focuses on three questions (1 )describing the characters of the governance structure of state-owned enterprise in China; (2 ) analyzing the disadvantages of the governance structure of state-owned enterprise in China; (3 ) suggesting how to reform the governance structure of state-owned enterprise in China.
