Exploration for the Quantitative Determination of Thymosin α1 in Human Plasma by MS

Quantitative determination of thymosin α1 in human plasma was explored by mass spectrometry. QSTAR and API 3000 LC - MS - MS were used in this study. Some ideas about the quantitative analysis of proteins and polypeptides were introduced in this paper.
