Two quinazolinone-2-carboxylic acid copper(II) complexes synthesized by 4(3H)-quinazolinone-2-ethylformate high-temperature hydrolysis: Fluorescent and anticancer activity
Two novel copper(II) complexes of quinazolinone-2-carboxylic acid were synthesized by 4(3H)-quinazolinone-2-ethylformate high-temperature hydrolysis and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and solid-state fluorescence. Meanwhile, 1 was also tested for anticancer activity. By 4(3H)-quinazolinone-2-ethylformate high-temperature hydrolysis, we successfully avoided carboxyl decarboxylated, to synthesis of high-temperature easily decarboxylation complexes had a guiding role.
