The Application of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Bladder Occupied Lesions

Objective To investigate the characteristics of bladder occupied lesions in contrast-enhanced ultrasound and to explore the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Methods Contrast-enhanced ultrasound and cadence contrast pulse sequencing technology were performed in 26 patients with bladder occupied lesions.The characteristics of occupied lesions and ambient tissues in contrast-enhanced perfusion phase were observed and compared with the pathologicalresults.Results Contrast-enhanced ultrasound demonstrated that 21 cases were bladder malignant lesions,while the pathology showed 20 cases were bladder malignant lesions.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in bladder malignant lesions were 100%,83% and 86%.The manifestations in 95% malignant lesions were high enhancement,90% were fast wash-in and slow wash-out,5% were fast wash-in and fast wash-out,5% were similar wash-in and similar wash-out.Conclusion The Contrast-enhanced ultrasound plays an important role in diagnosis and identification of bladder occupied lesions.
