The Influence of Concrete Slurry on Permeability and Clogging of Controlled Permeability Formwork Liner

The different controlled permeability formwork liners(CPFL) were selected and the CPFL's geometrical and physical parameters,permeability coefficient and clogging were analyzed in this article.The results indicated that permeability coefficient(KH,KV) and clogging of CPFL are affected obviously by thickness,average aperture,characteristic of concrete slurry and permeable pressure etc.Basing on permeability mechanism analysis,the author draw the conclusions that limiting the thickness of CPFL,reducing the average aperture and improving the characteristic of concrete slurry would keep inner part of CPFL from clogging intensely and ensure the reuse of CPFL.
