Effect of Lactate-directed Treatment on Septic Shock Patients

Objective:Investigated the effect of lactate-directed treatment on septic shock.Methods:40 septic shock patients who met the severe sepsis criteria were selected and randomly separated into two groups,treatment group and control group.The patients of treatment group were treated by lactate-directed treatment;these of control group were treated by conventional methods.Results:The blood lactate,ScVO2,28-day mortality of treatment group were much better than these of control group.Conclusion: lactate-directed treatment greatly improves the physiological status and mortality of septic shock patients.
