Objective To emphasis the effects of early rehabilitation on lower extremity motor function in stroke hemiplegia.Method 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups.rehabilitation group (40cases) and control group (38 cases).Patients in the rehabilitation group were given clinical treatment and regularly physical therapy,while those in control group were only given clinical treatment control treatment time were 38 days.Motor function,balance function and Barthel index of all patients were assessed before and after rehabilitation.Result For the rehabilitation group,the lower extremity motor function and balance function were improved obviously after treatment.there was obvious difference between the rehabilitation group and control group(P 0.05).Barthel index were 68.5±17.2 in rehabilitation group and 45.8±18.3 in control group.there was obvious difference between the two groups too(P 0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment largely improved lower extremity motor function and AOL of patients with hemiplegia.
