摘要
In this paper, vine-like CuS nanowires (V-CuS NWs) with a uniform diameter of approximately 0.5 μm were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method, followed by an analysis of the reaction mechanism, phase composition, and micromorphology. Owing to their favorable surface charge properties and electrocatalytic activity, the V-CuS NWs offer a promising platform for electrochemical signal detection. A glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with V-CuS NWs is fabricated for glucose concentration measurement. The sensor's sensitivity is 2518 μAmM-1cm−2 within a wide detection range of 1 μmol/L–11 mmol/L and a detection limit of 0.13 μm/L. Furthermore, the V-CuS/GCE exhibits excellent anti-interference ability and stability, highlighting its potential for rapidly determining glucose levels.
