摘要
Abstract—3 × 25 × 190-mm strips made of an AD33 aluminum alloy are subjected to experimental rolling at a reduction of 10, 20, and 30% followed by measuring the Vickers hardness (HV) and performing tensile tests to determine the mechanical properties of the deformed rolled products. The data obtained are used to plot hardness versus the strain of the alloy and to plot strain resistance σ0.2(σs), ultimate tensile strength σu, and relative elongation δ of the metal versus HB and HV hardness upon rolling AD33 aluminum alloy strips. The changes in hardness as a function of strain are detected, and the hardness dependences of strain resistance during cold deformation of the AD33 aluminum alloy strips are obtained. Regression equations are derived to determine the main mechanical properties upon rolling the AD33 aluminum alloy strips without performing tensile tests.
