The DcMYC2b‐Dc4CLL8 Module Positively Regulates Southern Blight Disease Defence by Enhancing Hydroxycinnamic Acid Amides Accumulation in Dendrobium catenatum

Summary statement We identified a peroxisomal Dc4CLL8 as the target of DcMYC2b based on a combination of WGCNA and transcription factor‐centred yeast one‐hybrid in D. catenatum . We finally elucidated a southern blight disease resistance pathway consisting of JA‐JAZ1/2‐DcMYC2b‐ Dc4CLL8 ‐hydroxycinnamic acid amides by confirmation experiments.
