摘要
A number of compounds with the defect nickel arsenide structure have been prepared. Their crystallographic parameters and electrical properties were determined, including electrical resistivity as a function of temperature and Seebeck voltage. The properties observed for particular metal ions present is discussed and schematic one-electron one-molecule energy level diagrams for these compounds are presented. In all cases, the predictions made are consistent with the electrical properties observed.
