Recently, Scalera et al.1 found that KEAP1 and TP53-based lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) subtypes had different predictive effects on the prognosis of immunotherapy, and the KEAP1 and TP53 wild-type (WT) subgroup had the longest survival time in immunotherapy. Saleh et al.2 found that the survival times of patients with KEAP1 and TP53-based NSCLC subtypes were also different, with the survival time of those with KEAP1 and TP53 double mutation (DM) being the longest when they are treated with immunotherapy.
