A Genital Mass due to Herpes Simplex Virus in a Renal Transplant Recipient

Infection with herpes simplex virus in immunocompromised patients may be atypical in appearance. Large, hypertrophic lesions in the anogenital region suggestive of malignancy have been rarely described, primarily in patients with HIV. We report a case of a large genital mass due to herpes simplex virus in a renal transplant recipient.
