Research of Optimization Design of Structure of Roadheader Bit

As the important device in modern production,roadheader is used in coal mine and tunnel mining and other fields,the performance of it has an important influence on production efficiency.The life of roadheader is not only affected by materials,but own structure.This paper detailedly analyzed relation between sharpness and abrasion resistance of roadheader,and simulation of it was made.This paper find out optimization design method of raodheader bit finally,which made largest production efficiency.This method provide theoretical reference of roadheader practical design.
