Antagonism of Trichoderma harzianum Strain TR-12 against Helminthosporium carposaprum

The antagonistic experiment of Trichoderma harzianum to Helminthosporium carposaprum was tested,the results showed that Trichoderma harzianum had strong against Helminthosporium carposaprum The effective concentration was at 10~5～10~8/mL,the inhibitory effect reached 82.5%.Compared effect of Trichoderma harzianum and four kinds of fungicides against Helminthosporium carposaprum Wei,the results showed that Trichoderma harzianum had almost the same effect as Thiophanate-methyl and Chlorothaloni,although its effect lower than Sumilex and Tuzet.
