An Analysis of Cultural Heritage Value

Cultural heritage includes tangible cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage,and its value is mainly reflected in three aspects: historical,artistic(aesthetic) and science and technology.However,these three aspects of value are not general and abstract,but clear and specific,and different cultural heritage objects have different or varying degrees of emphasis on the embodiment.In addition,the value of cultural heritage is not confined to these three aspects,but it is reflected in many aspects,particularly its ideological,economic values can not be ignored.Only by forming a comprehensive and profound understanding of the plurality and the specific nature of the cultural heritage can we make a reasonable assessment of the value on a specific cultural heritage and thus conduct an appropriate and effective protection and full and reasonable use.
