Effect of different combinations of organic manures on vegetables yield,quality and soil fertility

The effect of six combinations of five organic manures on romaine and cauliflower was evaluated in a way of rotational cultivation.The results showed that the yield of two tested vegetables on treatment 4(the rate of chicken manure,swine manure and cattle manures was 1∶1∶3) and treatment 1(the rate was 1∶1∶1)was significantly higher than on treatment 5(the rate of chicken manure,swine manure,cattle manures and turf was 1∶1∶1∶1).Treatment 3(the rate of chicken manure,swine manure and cattle manures was 1∶3∶1) improved the content of Vc and soluble sugar in the cauliflower.Treatment 6(the rate of chicken manure,swine manure,cattle manures,turf and corn straw was 1∶1∶1∶1∶1) improved the quality of cauliflower with more coarse protein and Vc.
